Lazarov Day with a charity bazaar of homemade products is being organized today in the village of Shishkovtsi in Kyustendil, where our great artist Vladimir Dimitrov – Master lived and worked for over 30 years.

The collected funds will be transferred to the account of the local association “Vazkhod za selo Shishkovtsi”, which for a year has been planning various initiatives to improve one of the most visited settlements in Kyustendilsko by tourists from all over the country.

Self-made people from the local community center, girls from the village, recreate the Lazaruvane ritual. And throughout the afternoon in the center there will be a charity bazaar. A variety of pasta products will be arranged – pies, cabbage rolls, breads, sweets. Mayor Iliana Petrova said that the goal is to collect funds for the restoration of the railway station building.
