For almost a year, Kiril Petkov and Lena Borislavova have been protected by justice in order to have an assembly. Already in June of last year, there was a report to the National Security Agency about committed crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code, which reached the prosecutor’s office. No results so far. This is what Slavi Trifonov wrote on Facebook as a comment on the “Bivole” investigation, which accuses Kiril Petkov and Lena Boryslalova of falsifying official documents and fraud in order to eliminate the obstacles to Petkov becoming acting Minister of the Economy.

Here is Slavi Trifonov’s entire comment:

Dear colleagues from the media, I don’t know why, but sometimes you quote the site “Bivol” with a quick response and with details. Ah, sometimes you pretend that such a site does not exist. Today is the second option. The “Bivole” website does not exist. But I know why that is. Actually, everyone knows. I have the opportunity to speak freely, this is my right, and that is why I will now quote the “Bivol” website.

According to the “Bivole” website: Kiril Petkov became acting Minister of the Economy at the cost of falsified documents and actual fraud presented to the Registration Agency. The false circumstances were necessary to clear him of any kind of conflict of interest. The falsification involved a series of invalid and false documents prepared and legalized by lawyer Lena Borislavova. The aim was to mislead the state institutions that Kiril Petkov Petkov has no conflict with the laws in order to be appointed Minister of Economy in 2021.

In addition to private business, at the time of his extreme entry into politics, Petkov was also a member of the board of the non-governmental organization “Let’s Save Coral”.

According to the requirements of the Administration Act. Article 19, paragraph 7, item 3 clearly states that: “The Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, etc. they cannot be members of a management or control body of a non-profit legal entity, commercial company or cooperative.”

Kiril Petkov was “released” from his position as a manager in the association for the protection of Coral, but at the cost of a forged power of attorney, forged documents, protocols and signatures of the other members of the association. The false documents were entered into the Registration Agency by none other than lawyer Lena Borislavova personally, with her qualified electronic signature (KEP)!

On May 10, 2021, President Radev issued the Decree on the appointment of Petkov, and on the 12th he officially took office. But, instead of obeying the law, a completely criminal way was used to mislead the state institutions.
On May 13th at 1:39 a.m., Lena Borislavova prepared a fake power of attorney, with which she could completely dispose of the civil association “Let’s Save Coral” and signed this power of attorney with a fake signature of the Association’s Chairman, Atanas Rusev. The signature of the power of attorney is not handwritten, but copied 1:1 from official documents of the association, in this case a specimen of the signature of the manager of the association.

Lena Borislavova also falsified a number of official documents, protocols and lists with the names and signatures of everyone who is part of the “Let’s Save Coral” association.

Now I will quote the law: According to Chapter IX of the Penal Code, Section “Documentary Crimes”,

Art. 308. (1) Whoever draws up a false official document or alters the content of an official document in order to use it, shall be punished for falsification of a document with imprisonment for up to three years.

Art. 309. (1) Whoever, by himself or through another, draws up a false private document or alters the content of a private document and uses it to prove that it exists or does not exist or that any right or obligation or any legal relationship has been terminated or modified, punishes forgery of a document with imprisonment for up to two years.

For reasonable suspicions of committed crimes under several articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Bulgaria, the DANS was referred in June 2023. An inspection was immediately carried out and in July 2023, the materials were sent to the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office!

From there, in August, they were sent to the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office, and at the beginning of September 2023, pre-trial proceedings were initiated in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The case was given to an investigating police officer at the 5th police station at the Sofia Police Department. The case was filed as Pre-trial proceedings No. 5275/2023, and according to the inventory of the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office, it is No. 38008/2023.

Why is there no result from the proceedings – the answer to this question, of course, lies in the assembly that existed for 9 months.

That is, Kiril Petkov and Lena Borislavova are kept in order to have an assembly.

But the truth is the truth, and today it comes out, regardless of everyone who tries to hide it, regardless of the upcoming elections, regardless of who thinks what and what they say.

The truth is what it is.
