Yotova: My dream is to see a stable Bulgaria with a serious majority in the National Assembly – Politics

My dream is to see a stable Bulgaria, a strong Bulgaria, with a serious majority in the National Assembly with people who already and now in their heads and during the election campaign have the decisions on how to get Bulgaria out of the crisis, at the foot of which is still we are. Vice President Iliana Yotova said this at the Perperikon archaeological complexIliana Malinova Yotova is a Bulgarian politician, 5th Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria, quoted by BTA.

She climbed the rock city of the Thracians, and the invitation for her visit came from the Regional History Museum – Kardzhali and the archaeological team of Prof. Nikolay Ovcharov.

Yotova explained that the election campaign will be important in several directions.

“Firstly, I very much hope that the tone and the manner in which the political discussion has been conducted, if it has been a political discussion at all in the last few parliaments, will be abandoned. We will expect, as citizens, from the political parties not to tell visions, not to tell difficult projects, but their concrete pragmatic decisions, what should be done by December, what should be done in the spring of next year in several directions,” said Iliana YotovaIliana YotovaIliana Malinova Yotova is a Bulgarian politician, 5th Vice President of the Republic of Bulgaria,.

First of all, she singled out the guarantee of energy supplies, which would save Bulgarian business and Bulgarian citizens.

On the second, but not in importance – controlling prices and, if not moving forward, then at least maintaining our standard of living as we have had it for the past few years.

“And in the next place, there are more difficult tasks to be solved in front of the office: the children go to school normally on September 15 and we prepare for a possible new wave of COVID-19, hopefully this does not happen so that we do not block the state, because we are already in a difficult enough situation,” said Vice President Yotova.

She emphasized the need to make every effort now, national and local, to save people – to avoid human casualties and to save people’s property, especially in the affected two villages in Karlovy Vary. Secondly, she highlighted the insufficient infrastructure to protect against floods.

“Rivers and dams are not cleaned, and this time the truth must be brought to the end about who is responsible and who should be punished, because we have this conversation every time and every time we face the same thing,” commented Yotova.

She added that an assessment of the damage must be done very quickly.
