The match between Rangers and Napoli from Champions League was delayed by one day. The match was supposed to be played on the 13th of September but will instead take place on the 14th. This will be Rangers’ first home game in the Champions League group stage in 12 years.
The reason is the lack of police to look after security around the fight, as a large part of their resources are committed to procedures surrounding the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

“Rangers of course recognize that the change of date may cause inconvenience to our loyal supporters. A refund will be issued to those of our fans who are unable to attend the match.”the press release also says.
In their first match of this year’s edition of Europe’s most prestigious club competition, Napoli achieved a remarkable 4-1 victory over Liverpool at home. Rangers, on the other hand, lost heavily with 0:4 against Ajax in Amsterdam.
