With BGN 5.8 million, Vidin Municipality plans to repair Pannonia Blvd.

Rehabilitation of Pannonia Boulevard is planned by the Municipality of Vidin in the section from Tsar Ivan Asen Vtori Street to Geo Milev Street. The estimated value of the order is BGN 5.8 million excluding VAT.

The main thoroughfare of Vidin – “Pannonia” boulevard – serves as the main north-south link in the city. Its length is 3,850 meters, and the specific rehabilitation will cover a section with a length of about 1,800 meters.

At the moment, the flooring is in places with deformations, gaps and patches. After the replacement of plumbing networks and subsequent asphalting, the right lane has numerous patches and joints. The curbs are also in very poor condition. There are problems with drainage – blocked manholes with collapsed or damaged covers, with horizontal markings and vertical signaling.

There are three roundabouts in the section with different diameters. Additionally, a new roundabout has been designed at the exit from the Pannonia district, which will have a radius of seven meters.

September 30 is the deadline for receiving offers.
