Pantera are coming to Bulgaria! The American metal legends, who earlier this year announced their reunion for joint concerts, will play in our country at a solo concert at the invitation of the Fest Team.
The show is scheduled for May 26 in the Arena “Sofia” hall – the Metropolitan Arena “Serdika” in Borisova gradina, and tickets go on sale on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.
The band gathers two of the members of the composition, which gained worldwide popularity – vocalist Philip Anselmo and bassist Rex Brown. Earlier this year, the duo announced a reunion of the band, with Black Label Society guitarist Zakk Wylde and Antrax drummer Charlie Benante playing in place of deceased Pantera founding members Dimebag brothers Darrell and Vinny Paul.
Pantera was founded in 1981 in Arlington, Texas, but gained worldwide success in the early 1990s when Anselmo was brought in and the band changed their style from glam rock to heavy, southern metal with lots of groove, sharp and screaming vocals and memorable guitar riffs.
To this day, Pantera’s music is considered a classic in heavy music, and the group has influenced generations of musicians in the genre.
The organizers of the concert indicate that the advance sale of tickets for the concert in Sofia begins on November 23 at 10:00 am, and it will be exclusive to Fest Club members.
In a special subcategory of the Fest Team website, pre-registration starts today at 10:00.
Upon filling in their details, users will receive a unique Fest Club ID code, which they will receive a few minutes before the start of sales, with which they will be the first to buy from the pre-sale tickets.
Active Fest Club members do not need to re-register.
On Friday – November 25, again at 10:00 a.m., the mass sale begins with ticket prices from BGN 80 to BGN 160 on the Ticketstation network.
