The shame of the pop star Beloslava lasted as long as a human pregnancy, after she was caught behind the wheel with 1.25 percent of alcohol in her blood. A few days ago – exactly 9 months after the accident, she announced that she is coming out of the musical exile she had condemned herself to and is returning to the stage on a white horse. The singer will hold a concert in Sofia at the end of May, and promises to go on tour soon.

The event will take place in a club in Sofia, where she has traditionally been performing on stage for years. For her return, the star opted for a changed look.

She’s kept her iconic curls, but ditched the traditional highlights with her hair now a dark brown. Two months before the news that she plans to return to the stage, Beloslava announced that she was releasing her first album, recorded 19 years ago. A week before announcing the concert, she also released a new song with a music video. Fans, who clearly missed her during her kind of hiatus from the stage, rejoiced.

“You are talented, beautiful, smart. Keep your head up!”; “I’ve been thinking sadly lately that we’ve lost you. I’m glad it’s not!”; “I hear you, I hear you,” people wrote.

The singer’s return is planned to take place a month and a half before her birthday in July, when she will celebrate an anniversary. Most likely, she, her relatives, and her admirers hope that the upcoming birthday will pass more easily compared to the previous one, which was fatal for the star. It was then, on the night of July 10-11, after celebrating her 49th birthday, that she was caught driving drunk.

Because of the 1.25 parts per million of alcohol in the blood, which the drager test showed, she was in danger of prison. However, the star received only a 4-month suspended sentence with 3 years of probation, 6 months of disqualification from driving a motor vehicle and a BGN 150 fine. The lighter sentence came as a result of the singer herself asking for a deal with the prosecution – she pleaded guilty and said she was sorry for the incident.

After the arrest, Beloslava stopped all her public appearances in front of the public. From the pictures she posted on social media from time to time, it looked like she was having a good time – many of them were from the beach and others from skiing holidays.
