Victoria finally got the Spice Girls together

--

Fashion designer and singer Victoria Beckham celebrated with her Spice Girls co-stars at a club in London on Saturday after turning 50 last Wednesday.

David Beckham had a front row seat at the reunion when Victoria, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Geri Horner and Melanie Chisholm sang their single Stop. The five laughed as they danced and performed the song, while David, who filmed the moment, smiled and sang along with them.

Posting the clip on Instagram, Victoria wrote “Best night ever” and added the hashtag “#SpiceUpYourLife”.

The last time all five Spice Girls performed together was at the closing ceremony of the 2012 Olympics in London.

Ahead of her birthday celebrations, Victoria posted on Instagram that she felt “so incredibly blessed to have reached this milestone” and added that she was grateful for David’s “unconditional love and support”.

While the girl group was on tour in 2019, Victoria refused to join them as she focused on her fashion brand. She announced to US TV host Ellen DeGeneres that year that she “just didn’t feel like it was the right thing”, but said:

“I’ll always be Posh Spice, always.”

Singer Marc Anthony, who is the godfather of Victoria and David Cruise’s son, and actress Eva Longoria, godmother of their daughter Harper, were also present at the party. Other celebrities for Victoria’s birthday included Tom Cruise and Salma Hayek, as well as Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Jason Statham and Gordon Ramsay.
