The Bulgarian Alexander Vezenkov did not take part in Sacramento’s next game in the NBA, which was disastrously lost by New Orleans with 93:129. The Bulgarian suffered a sprain during the match against Dallas and was not included in the group for the match.
The loss snapped a six-game winning streak for the Kings, and if they had won it would have been their first since 2003.
The first part was good for Sacramento and they led with 31:29, but in the second the things turned around. New Orleans won the division with 37:22 and led at the half. The third quarter was even more crushing, as only in it the “Kings” made an 18-point deficit – 16:34. In the latter, the score was 29:24 to New Orleans.
With the loss, Sacramento dropped to 5th place in the Western Conference.
