“Former Prime Minister Kiril Petkov should come out and say who are the analysts who asked him for money some time ago”. This was stated by the political scientist Dimitar Ganev from the “Trend” Agency on the occasion of the statement of the co-chairman of “We continue the change” that he was asked for 20,000 for analyses.
According to Ganev, Petkov owes this explanation because it is impossible to blame everyone.
His call was also supported by Dobromir Zhivkov from “Market Links” on bTV.
In an interview given to Sasho Dikov, Petkov said the following: “They come to me as prime minister, a month after I took office, some people say – I will not mention names, you all know them. So they say, “Good afternoon, we are independent analysts, political scientists, and we want a contract with you of 20,000 per month, and we will say the points on the media that you want. We with the televisions will take care of ourselves.” I ask what 20,000, how so? They say – let your word be heard. Otherwise, what is heard – you say something, your opponent says something and we analysts repeat the words of the opponents, while your points of view disappear completely”.
