The National Council for Tripartite Cooperation (NCTC) adopted changes in The Ordinance on the granting and payment of cash benefits for unemploymentreported BGNES.
The change introduces an explicit prohibition on the basis of a by-law to require citizens to provide certification documents to prove to an administrative body facts and circumstances that are available in registers. The administrative authorities should carry out an official check in the relevant register.
Time limits and restrictions on unemployment benefits
In the current provision of the Ordinance on the granting and payment of cash benefits for unemployment (NOIPOB) a possibility is provided when submitting an application for payment of unearned monetary compensation for unemployment from heirs of a deceased entitled personthey must present a certificate of heirs and only if they have not presented it, the document is requested ex officio by the relevant territorial division of the National Social Security Institute.
With the change, only the administrative body obliges ex officio to procure the necessary information concerning the testator and the circle of his heirs.

In this regard, it was adopted to expand the possibilities for submitting the application for the payment of cash compensation for unemployment, reducing the administrative burden and providing an opportunity for individuals to benefit from electronic administrative services.
