End of registration of political formations for participation in the 2 in 1 elections. 23 parties and 11 coalitions enter the battle for national and European Parliament.

On the last day, not the last, but the first political forces registered with the CEC. From GERB-SDS and PP-DB took the folders with names and signatures of the people who support their participation for the 2 in 1 vote. Outside the sidelines of the parliament, the two parties did not set red lines for after the vote, because the word majority will be key for 50th Parliament.

CEC: There will be polling stations for 2-in-1 voting in 60 countriesWith the aim of the first place in the vote 2 in 1, from the party of Boyko Borisov registered for the elections. “After 3 years of political chaos, it’s time for Bulgaria to have a prepared government, with clear support and bright political figures, not creatures from the shadows,” declared Tomislav Donchev.

It is not clear at this stage which political figures are involved. But GERB-SDS are categorical. “Come on, stop with these experiments – rotation for 9 months, then rotation again. The Constitution has very clearly stated what the formula should be and who should be responsible,” said Donchev. PP-DB also came with documents in hand and with the goal of first place after the elections. “We will neither give up, nor surrender, nor let the state be run by Peevski, nor let “clubs” like Sarafov continue to rule behind the scenes, nor let the state be run by cops from unreformed services. We will continue to govern until the dream of a European state comes true”, stated Kiril Petkov.

CEC: The organizers of the elections should work so that the rights of the citizens are guaranteed

Both of them did not say “no” to anyone today, despite the words of the PP-DB about the chairman of the DPS – Delyan Peevski. “It is precisely because of these reforms that we are participating in the elections. Now we will look for a majority to carry them out”, said Hristo Ivanov.

Asked if this majority could be with GERB and DPS again, he said that the elections will show.

“We don’t yet know what configurations will result after them. The red lines will be drawn by those who do not want reforms”, said Ivanov. “We will answer the question of who we would govern with on the first day after the elections,” said Tomislav Donchev.
