Did the parties play with the removal of Rosen Zhelyazkov?

The parliamentary group of “BSP for Bulgaria” will support the signatures of “Vazrazhdane” and PP-DB for the removal of the chairman of the 49th National Assembly. Thus, the removal of the parliamentary chief will enter as an item on the agenda of the legislative body, which, however, did not gather the necessary quorum during the registration of the deputies.

The BSP leader Cornelia Ninova stated that the socialists signed both signatures – of “Vazrazhdane” and PP-DB, as they did not play with the individual parliamentary groups. It is very important today to see who will vote how. It is important to remove it because in a parliamentary republic parliamentary rules must be followed. Zhelyazkov violated parliamentary rules several times, according to Ninova, recalling that the BSP demanded Zhelyazkov’s resignation because of the order limiting briefings in the Party House.

BSP do not feel used when the resignation of Rosen Zhelyazkov is demanded by other parliamentary groups – in the case of “Vazrazhdane” and PP-DB.

The leader of “Vazrazhdane” Kostadin Kostadinov also reacted sharply to the impossibility of the meeting of the National Assembly to gather a quorum. He sees an agreement between PP-DB and BSP to save Rosen Zhelyazkov. The opportunity to vote on Zhelyazkov’s resignation failed, Kostadinov is outraged.

“This is the apotheosis of betrayal and traitors in the 49th National Assembly. PP-DB and BSP have now saved the mandate of Rosen Zhelyazkov. It is not known whether the parliament will be able to gather a quorum in the coming days. PP-DB and BSP today helped GERB once again,” Kostadinov was categorical. And he added – 1/3 of the BSP group was not in the plenary hall during the registration for the quorum of the legislative body.

The other opposition party in the parliament – ITN also reacted sharply to the fact that a quorum was not gathered to consider the resignation of Rosen Zhelyazkov. One does not need to be an intellectual titan to understand what happened in the hall. PP-DB, who sat on Peevski’s lap for 9 months and drank whatever he gave them, from where he gave them, made a circus with heavy statements that they would demand the resignation of Rosen Zhelyazkov. The brains of these people work on pause and today they saved Rosen Zhelyazkov from his requested resignation, criticized the chairman of the PG on ITN Toshko Yordanov.

according to him PP-DB want to return to the romantic months when Cornelia Ninova was a minister in Kiril Petkov’s cabinet and did not export billions to Ukraine. Toshko Yordanov hopes to still have a quorum from the second or third time, “unless the girls and boys from PP-DB have gone to pee again”.

We remind you that last week Kiril Petkov hinted at the possibility of the party demanding the resignation of the speaker of the parliament because of the debates about the resignation of the manager of the National Health Insurance Institute Stanimir Mihailov. The BSP demanded the release of Rosen Zhelyazkov because of the order issued to change Art. 22 paragraph 7 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly. “Vazrazhdane” also demanded his resignation. The party was outraged by the chairman of the National Assembly because he did not allow the Armenian Genocide to be honored in the hall. PP-DB submitted a request for the removal of Zhelyazkov with reasons for his overall behavior as the head of the institution. According to the coalition, he abuses power and authority and works in the interest of GERB and DPS.
