Al Ahly star Riyad Mahrez is currently in a hospital in the city of Jeddah, where the medical team is fighting for his life. Mahrez reportedly contracted food poisoning after eating at one of the city’s most upscale restaurants.
After returning home from the restaurant, he complained of stomach pain, after which poisoning was diagnosed.
The bacteria in his stomach are causing huge problems, so they need to be treated with the most advanced medical methods.
Like many other stars, Mahrez went to the Middle East this summer for a serious sum of money and signed for Al Ahly.
