The sports journalist Velislava Milanova made a mistake on the air of Diema Sport, but found the strength to apologize to the viewers. This happened after last night’s championship match Arda – CSKA (2:3).

The beautiful lady was the host of a studio together with Boris Mutafchiev. Shortly before the coach of the “Reds” Stamen Belchev was included from the stadium in Kardzhali, Velislava said the following:

“Let’s hear now Stamen Balchev why his players allowed a turn and lost this match”.

This was followed by questions from her colleague Miroslav Arabadzhiev to Belchev directly from the field of the Arda stadium.

After the short interview, the picture took us back to the studio, where Milanova addressed the audience:

“Obviously we saw the coach of the winners. I don’t know why I thought it was Nikolai Kirov. Maybe it’s because we’ve been in the studio for three days now and we’re a little tired. Apology to you and to Miro (b.r. – her colleague Miroslav Arabadzhiev)”.

Velislava’s apology deserves admiration. Everyone can make mistakes, it’s normal. And she herself was painfully frank, telling the truth – even if a person is made of iron, it will be difficult to withstand the constant tension and hard work. Because live shows are tension and weight from any angle you look at them.

At Diema, everyone is an undisputed professional, a master of analysis and commentary. Sometimes, however, they can make a mistake there as well. As they say – Maradona also missed penalties. It is more important to have the courage to admit your mistake and apologize. That’s what people with big hearts do. And it seems that Velislava is one of them.
