Lokomotiv Sofia presented the staff of the new coach Krasimir Balakov. Georgi Sirmov, Armen Ambartsumyan and Svetlin Spasov will help the hero from USA ’94.

Head coach – Krasimir Balakov
The legend of Bulgarian football stands at the head of Lokomotiv in the difficult task of saving the team from relegation. The legendary ten led the teams of Grasshoppers, St. Gallen, Chernomorets Burgas, Hajduk Split, Kaiserslautern, Litex, Eter, the national team of Bulgaria, CSKA 1948, and most recently he was at the head of Septemvri Sofia.
Assistant coach – Georgi Sermov
Krasimir Balakov’s assistant is named Georgi Sermov. The 38-year-old Sirmov is a former football player of Levski, Eter, Botev Plovdiv, Septemvri Sofia and Beroe.
Goalkeeper coach – Armen Ambartsumyan
The 46-year-old specialist will be responsible for the training of the team’s goalkeepers. The former guard of Marek and Botev Plovdiv performed this position in Beroe, Levski and the national team.
Fitness coach – Svetlin Spasov
Svetlin Spasov will take care of the football players’ training. He performed this role in the teams of Arda, CSKA 1948, Pirin Blagoevgrad, the national team of Bulgaria and Miner Pernik, and most recently he was part of Septemvri Sofia.
