Juventus are the first Coppa Italia finalists after seeing off Lazio 3-2 on aggregate en route. Valentin Castejanos gave the “Biancocelesti” the lead in the 12th minute, and in the 49th minute the Argentine doubled his team’s lead. However, a late goal from Arkadiusz Milik put Juventus through to the next stage, although the Bianconeri lost the second leg 1-2 at the Stadio Olimpico.

Juventus will face the winner of the Fiorentina – Atalanta match in the final.

Lazio were determined to pull off a miracle in front of their home fans in the second leg, taking the lead in the 12th minute when Luis Alberto crossed from a corner to the far post, where Tati Casteianos rose to head the ball into the net.

Dusan Vlahovic received the ball in the Lazio penalty area in the 23rd minute and did not hesitate to shoot, but Christos Mandas showed a good reflex and saved.

Castejanos was on the receiving end of a pass in the Juventus penalty area in the 44th minute and shot into the right corner of the goal, but Mattia Perin in turn made a great save.

Lazio managed to shock Juventus for the second time at the start of the second half. In the 49th minute, Felipe Andersson combined with Luis Alberto in forward positions, who in turn led Castejanos. The Roman Eagles striker controlled the ball and sent the ball into the bottom right corner of the goal to double his team’s lead.

In the following minutes, Juventus began to tangibly establish control and press. In the 56th minute, Weston McKenney combined with Vlahovic, but his shot was blocked.

Just a minute later, Vlahovic was again in a shooting position, but his shot went wide of the right side post of the Lazio goal.

Juventus managed to hit Lazio in the 83rd minute when Timothy Weah broke down the right wing and produced a powerful pass parallel to the goal line, with Arek Milik in the right place to tap the ball into the net.

Until the end of the match, Massimiliano Allegri’s alumni continued to hold the ball, preventing Lazio from continuing to dream.
