The Italian selector of the men’s national team of Bulgaria – Gianlorenzo Blengini, announced the composition of the “lions” for the Volleyball League of Nations (VNL). He has included in the extended list 30 volleyball players, and among them is not the long-time distributor Georgi Seganov, who himself wished to withdraw from participation.

13 volleyball players from the extended list play abroad. With the most representatives is Levski, who is aiming for the title in our country – 6, Neftohimik has 4. Two players from Deya Sport are included in the team, and one each from CSKA, Beroe, Montana, Cherno More and Rakovski.

Our team kicks off in the Nations League on May 21st against France in Antalya. On Turkish soil, our opponents will be Canada, the USA and the Netherlands. The first group will start training on May 3 in the “Levski-Sofia” sports hall. Controls against Estonia are scheduled for May 14 and 15. Departure to Antalya is on May 19.
