Heber’s offensive player Angel Bastunov can be considered a Levski player. The Gerena team has already signed a contract with the 24-year-old player, Tema Sport writes. And from the summer he has to wear the blue shirt. He will arrive to the team as a free agent. The reason is that his agreement with marketers expires at the end of the campaign.
Bastunov is having a strong season for Heber, who is fighting tooth and nail for survival in the elite. He is a key player in Luboslav Penev’s squad. So far, there are 29 championship matches (b.a. – in 28 he was the starter), in which he scored 4 goals. He helped the team to reach the semifinals of the cup against Ludogorets.
In the tournament, there were 3 matches and one goal – at that in Levski’s net, who was eliminated in the 1/8-final. The interesting thing is that Bastunov went through the Gerena school, but there is no match for the first team. He also wore the teams of Botev Pd, Kariana and CSKA 1948.
The Blues wanted Angel Bastunov back in the winter. Then they signed defensive midfielder Carlos Ohene from Heber. However, they failed to agree on the rights of the Bulgarian.
At the beginning of the year, “Georgi Asparuhov” showed a serious interest in two native nationals, which is relevant even now. These are goalkeeper Daniel Naumov and central striker Alex Kolev. They both become free agents in the summer. The first is currently part of CSKA 1948, and the second from the hit of the season Krumovgrad. The Blues also have another option for the frame – Pirin guard Maxim Kovalev.
