Scandal in MMA circles after a wrestler kicked one of the girls with the plates from behind – Russia

A scandal broke out in MMA circles because of the behavior of the Iranian wrestler Ali Hebaiti.

During the gala evening of the Hardcore tournament in Moscow, the Iranian allowed himself to kick the girl who was wearing the round number plate with his foot on the buttocks.

Even before the fight started, the girl, whose name is Maria, made the usual tour of the Octagon, showing the audience the sign for the first round. Then, passing by Hebaiti, he didn’t hesitate to lift his leg and lightly kick her from behind. After his action, she went to seek an explanation from Hebaiti, but the quick intervention of the judge put an end to the unpleasant incident.

The fight itself lasted only a minute with a loss for Hebaiti, who was unable to overcome the defeat and after the end of the match pounced on his opponent Arkady Osipan to seek “revenge” for his wounded pride. Then people from the audience suddenly rushed in and attacked the Iranian and started lynching him because of his behavior before and after the match.

Because of the excesses, the Russian MMA league HFC banned Hebaiti for life from competing in any form in their organization.

Hebaiti later took to social media to apologize to the girl in the ring.

I was tense before the fight and my emotions got the better of me. So I want to publicly apologize to her. I am a married man and I respect the female sex, he wrote.
