The assistant coach of CSKA – Anatoli Nankov, stood in front of the “Home of Football” camera on “Diema Sport” for an interview in which he talked about his return to the club from “Boris Garden” and the situation with the “Reds”.
Nankov, who up to that point had been in the club several times, but in Stoicho Mladenov’s team, this time returned after an invitation from Stamen Belchev, who succeeded the fired Nestor El Maestro.
“The decision to return to CSKA was very easy. Already on Sunday, Mr. Belchev called me to ask if I would join his staff. I immediately answered positively and it came to my return to CSKA, which makes me very happy,” commented Nankov.
“The time is quite short, we work together for 8-9 days. My impressions of Belchev are excellent. Every coach has his own views. He wants to build a style of play that I personally like very much. I hope we have more time for him to succeed to implement all his ideas. It is gratifying that the players are already able to understand his ideas. I hope that we will play better with each match,” he added.

“It is not correct for former coaches of CSKA. Everyone has their own views on football. Whether the ideas are successful or not, there is no coach who does not want to play offensively, not to control the ball, but it all depends on the players you have. The style it is built according to the players you have,” continued the specialist.
“Personally, two years ago, I worked with some CSKA players. Belchev personally cares a lot about discipline. Without discipline, nothing works. Discipline off the field, during a match, in general there must be order in every respect and that’s how things will turn out .
