Legendary Czech ski jumper Antonin Hayek has been found dead, and the circumstances surrounding his death are still unknown.
Antonin Hayek was found dead in Malaysia. His family reported him missing on October 2, 2022.
He was last seen in Malaysia and unfortunately his body was found there.
“The former ski jumper, Czech record holder and coach of the national team, Antonin Hayek, has died. His life ended at the age of 37. Out of respect for his family, we will not be releasing information about the cause of his death,” the National Union said in a statement.
More details and the cause of death will become clear after the autopsy, which will be performed in the coming days.
