The husband of the deceased woman in childbirth in Ruse, shocked by the version of her death, showed their last chat PICTURES

“First I will bury my wife and then I will take my child. I will seek responsibility until the end. I want to be the last person to suffer this pain.” These are the words of Martin Simeonov – husband of the deceased 29-year-old mother from Ruse.

The man indicated that during the birth the child was suffocated and a Caesarean section was required.

“It was taken out alive and well, crying immediately. My wife is fine too. 14 hours later, we have been texting all night. She was in excruciating pain, she said. I tried to reassure her that the doctors knew their job. She was constantly complaining to me that she was in a lot of pain. At 3:40 in the morning it says, “Oh, this nurse is snoring. I’ll drop the bottle to wake her up,” he added.

According to Simeonov, no one checked what was happening to the woman in labor.

“You can’t leave her and go to sleep. My question to AG “Kanev” is since when are children brought to the maternity ward in the intensive care unit. It was taken to her twice at 3:30 in the night,” the man added.

The dead mother’s last chat with her husband

The hospital explained that the cause of death was pulmonary embolism.

“That’s what they told me when I was next to her corpse. They had all gathered together like apothecaries’ bottles and had talked. She died at 6:58 and they called me at 8. They said we pulled the trigger. And that for every 1,000 women who give birth, one dies. They explained it to me quite normally, without any worries,” added the deceased woman’s husband.

According to Simeonov, if someone had been with the woman in labor, something could have been done. “She gets up to call the woman that she is in a lot of pain and falls to the ground. When they found her – it is not clear… when they fell asleep”, is his opinion.

The child is a boy, alive and healthy, and his name is Beloslav.

“She was very fond of that name. Every day I come and hug him because he is a part of her. I have no enemies, but I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy,” said Martin.

The father of the blackened man was adamant that there should be a court and a prison for anyone who does not do his job.

“The one who did the operation has already been given a suspended sentence once. He should now go to prison and serve his sentence”, he commented.
