The monthly rental pricewhich will pay the winning bidder, represents 1/12 of the price reached in the auction for annual rent, with VAT also being paid.

The monthly rental price is paid from the 15th to the 25th of the current month to a bank account –

For the winning bid from positions No. 2 and 3
The monthly rental price is paid from the 15th to the 25th of the current month to a bank account –
BG50IORT73758404020000, payment type code 444100, BIC of “Investbank” JSC – IORTBGSF or in cash at the cash desk on the second floor – Information Center of Asenovgrad Municipality.
The winning tender for an object from items Nos. 1 and 3 is obliged as a tenant:
- to obtain a certificate for the registration of a movable object, issued by ch. architect of the municipality, at his own expense, for a period of no longer than 1 (one) year, without requesting a deduction from the rent.
The winner of the auction for the site from position #2 is obliged as a tenant:
- for the entire term of the rental agreement, if major and current repairs of the premises are necessary, to bear the costs of carrying them out, as well as the costs of improvements, at his own expense, without requesting a deduction from the rent. All improvements on the site remain the property of the lessor after the termination of the contract
Candidates who have obligations to the Municipality of Asenovgrad and who were tenants of municipal properties and whose contracts were terminated due to their fault are not allowed to participate in the auction.
The auctions will be held in room 601 on the 6th floor of the Asenovgrad Municipality building.
The tender documentation is received from 30.05.2023. to 09.06.2023 every working day from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. from the UOS Department, IPUT Directorate, room 502 of Asenovgrad Municipality, against a payment document from the cash desk of the Information Center – Asenovgrad Municipality.
Price of the tender documentation (with VAT) – BGN 72 (seventy two BGN).
A deposit for participation in an auction is paid to the Municipality’s cash desk – Information Center until 4:30 p.m. on 06/09/2023 Mr.
Site inspection is carried out on site after purchased tender documentation and a request for inspection at the UOS department, IPUT Directorate, room 502 of Asenovgrad Municipality. For the objects from positions #2 and 3, a request for inspection can also be made in km. Boyantsi village.
In case of non-appearance of candidates re-tenders will be held on 06/23/2023 in the same place and under the same conditions.
Tender documentation for the re-tender to be received from 14.06.2023 until 22.06.2023 every working day from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. from the UOS Department, IPUT Directorate, room 502 of Asenovgrad Municipality. The deposit for participation in the re-auction to be submitted until 16.30 on 22.06.2023.
