Radostin Vassilev, the deputy from the “We continue the change” – “Democratic Bulgaria” coalition, will leave the parliamentary group of the new coalition because of the government negotiations with GERB, but will remain in the parliament as an independent deputy. He announced this himself at a press conference in BTA.

Vassilev admitted that he had made a recording of the meeting of the National Council of “Continuing the Change” on Sunday evening, to which, as he himself assumed, he had been invited “by mistake”. In the BTA hall, he played an audio recording that he claimed was part of what was said during the council. “Everyone can make a recording of whatever they want, and I did not warn anyone that I was going to make a recording,” said Vassilev. Due to technical reasons, “Dnevnik” was unable to broadcast the entire press conference. You can watch the first part of it here:

At the end of the press conference, he announced that there are already plans for his civil movement “Strong Bulgaria” to become a party and in the coming weeks he will work in this direction. “Our actions are not coordinated and have nothing to do with President Rumen Radev,” Vassilev also said.
