Pursuant to Art. 35, para. 1 of the Law on Municipal Property, Art. 37, para. 1 and paragraph 2, and Art. 61 of the Ordinance on the procedure for the acquisition, management and disposal of municipal properties and belongings, adopted by the Municipal Council – Burgas and in implementation of the Decision of the Municipal Council – Burgas, adopted under item 18 of the agenda of the meeting held on 20.12.2022. meeting (Minutes No. 46),
DISCOVERY:
Procedure for conducting a public auction with secret bidding, for the sale of real estate – private municipal property, as follows:
1. UPI IV (four Roman), quarter 127 according to the plan of the Black Sea quarter – Rudnik quarter, Burgas city, with an area of 515 (five hundred and fifteen) square meters, designated “for residential construction”, with borders: northwest – UPI III, east – street, south – street, west – UPI V, reflected as land property with identifier 07079.712.3095 (zero seven zero seven nine point seven one two point three zero nine five) according to the KKKR of the city of Burgas, the whole with an area of 515 (five hundred and fifteen) square meters, with neighbors: 07079.712.3094, 07079.712.3706, 07079.712.3707, 07079.712.1795, updated with Act No. 5271/20.10.2008 for private municipal ownership, with initial auction price BGN 21,120.00 (twenty-one thousand one hundred and twenty), excluding VAT and a bidding step of BGN 1,056.00 (one thousand and fifty-six).
I determine the amount of the deposit for participation in the tender procedure – 2112.00 (two thousand one hundred and twelve) BGN and the price of the tender documentation – 50.00 (fifty) BGN, excluding VAT.
2. UPI V (five Roman), quarter 127 according to the plan of the Black Sea quarter – Rudnik quarter, Burgas city, with an area of 529 (five hundred and twenty-nine) square meters, designated “for residential construction”, at borders : north – UPI II and UPI III, east – street, south – street, west – UPI VI, reflected as land property with identifier 07079.712.3094 (zero seven zero seven nine point seven one two point three zero nine four) according to KKKR of city of Burgas, all with an area of 529 (five hundred and twenty-nine) square meters, with neighbors: 07079.712.1793, 07079.712.1794, 07079.712.1795, 07079.712.3095, 07079.712.3706, updated with Act No. 5272/20 .10.2008 d. for private municipal property, with a starting auction price of 21,690.00 (twenty-one thousand six hundred and ninety) BGN, excluding VAT and a bidding step in the amount of 1,084.50 (one thousand eighty-four BGN and fifty cent. ) leva.
I determine the amount of the deposit for participation in the auction procedure – BGN 2169.00 (two thousand one hundred sixty-nine) and the price of the auction documentation – BGN 50.00 (fifty), excluding VAT.
3. UPI VI (six Roman), quarter 127 according to the plan of the Black Sea quarter – Rudnik quarter, Burgas city, with an area of 518 (five hundred and eighteen) square meters, designated “for residential construction”, with borders: north – UPI I and UPI II, east – street, south – street, west – UPI VII, reflected as land property with identifier 07079.712.1793 (zero seven zero seven nine point seven one two point one seven nine three) according to KKKR of the city Burgas, all with an area of 518 (five hundred and eighteen) square meters, with neighbors: 07079.712.1791, 07079.712.1792, 07079.712.1794, 07079.712.3094 07079.712.3706, updated with Act No. 5273/20.10 .2008 for private municipal property, with a starting auction price of BGN 21,280.00 (twenty-one thousand two hundred and eighty), excluding VAT and a bidding step of BGN 1,064.00 (one thousand and sixty-four).
I determine the amount of the deposit for participation in the tender procedure – BGN 2128.00 (two thousand one hundred and twenty-eight) and the price of the tender documentation – BGN 50.00 (fifty), excluding VAT.
I approve tender documentation for participation in the auction, as follows: application for participation in the auction /appendix No. 1/, declaration /appendix No. 2/, contract – draft /appendix No. 3/, bidding offer /appendix No. 4/, sketch of the property, order to open a procedure for holding a public auction.
The auction will be held on 13.06.2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the building of the Municipality of Burgas, at 26 Aleksandrovska Street, 1st floor, room 1.
The specified amounts of deposits for participation in the tender procedure should be paid to the bank account of the Municipality of Burgas, at “Municipal Bank” AD, Burgas branch – BIC SOMBBGSF, IBAN BG89SOMB91303323996501.
The determined prices of the tender documentation for the tender should be deposited in the treasury of the Municipality of Burgas, located in the Center for Administrative Services /TAO/, non-refundable after the completion of the procedure for the relevant tender.
The documentation for participation in the auction can be purchased at the CAO of the Municipality of Burgas, at 26 Aleksandrovska St., every working day from 08:30 to 17:15.
The deadline for purchasing documentation for participation in the auction is 4:00 p.m. on June 9, 2023.
Applications for participation in the tender are submitted to the CAO, personally by the applicants or by their authorized representatives, in sealed opaque envelopes, with intact integrity, on which the exact name of the individual/legal entity, respectively its EIC, is written, every working day from 08: 30 to 17:15.
The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the auction is until 16:00 on 12.06.2023.
If the auction is declared not to have been held, a repeat auction will be held on 20.06.2023, at 10:00 a.m., in the building of the Municipality of Burgas, at “Aleksandrovska” street No. 26, floor 1, hall No. 1.
New applications for participation in the re-auction can be submitted to the CAO, personally by the applicants or by their authorized representatives, in a sealed opaque envelope, with intact integrity, every working day from 08:30 to 17:15.
The deadline for purchasing documentation for participation in the repeat auction is 4:00 p.m. on June 16, 2023.
In the new application for participation, applicants have the right to state that they will use the documents submitted with the first application, and must pay a deposit for participation in the auction again.
The deadline for accepting applications for participation in the repeat auction is 4:00 p.m. on June 19, 2023.

A notice of the auction to be published in a local daily newspaper and to be announced on the bulletin board of the Burgas Municipality building.
This order is to be delivered to the Director of the Directorate “Management of Municipal Property” at the Municipality of Burgas and to the Chairman of the Auction Commission, for implementation.
