BEIJING – Visit of Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to China. Today in Beijing, Mitsotakis will talk to Chinese President Xi Jinping, Premier Li Qiang and Chairman of the Parliament Zhao Luji.

ASTANA – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan participated in the tenth meeting of the heads of state of the Organization of Turkic States.

NICOSIA – Chevron Middle East, Africa and South America President Clay Neff is expected to arrive in Cyprus today – just 24 hours before the end of the negotiation process to resolve the dispute over the update of the plan to develop the Cyprus field of “Aphrodite” natural gas. According to sources of the KNA agency, Nef will hold a meeting today with the President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulidis, and with the Minister of Energy, Giorgos Papanastasiou.

ANKARA – The Walt Disney Company Turkey will release the first of two films about the founder of modern Turkey, Kemal Atatürk. The film is on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey (October 29, 1923). The second film will air on December 22, 2023.

ALEXANDROUPOLIS – UK Home Secretary Suella Braverman will visit Greece. There, together with the Greek Minister of Civil Protection Yanis Economou, she will examine the fence along the land border with Turkey in the prefecture of Evros and learn about the measures to control migration flows.
