In 10 villages in the Dobrich region, there will be a runoff for mayor on Sunday. There are the most populated places in the municipality of Balchik, in which the mayor was not elected in the first round. On November 5, there will be a second round for the mayor of Balchik Municipality, and in Kranevo, Zmeevo, Prespa and Tsrkva, they will also vote for the mayor of the town hall. Thus, in these 4 villages, voting will be done with two ballots.
In three villages in Tervel municipality there will be a runoff, and in 16 the mayor was elected in the first round.
A second round is coming in Kableshkovo, Orlyak and Popgruevo.
Out of 47 villages in the municipality of Dobrichka, in which the mayor of the town hall was voted for last Sunday, only Odertsi was not elected in the first round. It is curious that the two contenders, who will appear in the runoff, had the same number of votes in the first round – 98.
There is one runoff each in the municipalities of General Toshevo and Krushari. On Sunday, they will vote in the villages of Yovkovo and Polk, respectively. Thank goodness.
