Woman Sues Arnold Schwarzenegger Over Last Year’s Car Crash – World

Arnold Schwarzenegger was sued for a car accident he caused last year, TMZ reported. The woman who filed the lawsuit claims she may suffer permanent disabilities as a result of the incident.

According to court documents seen by TMZ, plaintiff Cheryl Augustine claims she was driving toward the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Allenforth Avenue in Los Angeles in January 2022 when her car was struck by Schwarzenegger’s car. According to the woman, the actor and former governor of the state of California drove “unlawfully and recklessly” and was to blame for the accident and for her physical injuries, as well as for “shock and damage to her nervous system.” Augustine is convinced that her injuries “will lead to permanent disabilities.”

She leads case for compensationto cover her medical expenses, damage to her car and more.

In the incident, which was first reported by the American publication last year, Schwarzenegger was driving a Yukon SUV that crashed into a red Prius. After the impact, the actor’s car turns and hits a Porsche Taycan. A witness then said the incident was like a scene from an action movie and that the woman in the red Prius, who is plaintiff Augustine, was bleeding profusely from a head wound before being taken to the hospital.

According to police sources culprit of the accident was Schwarzenegger trying to turn left at a red light.
