A few days ago, an anthology in Polish titled Metafora Wspólczesności, Czas 2023 was published. The editors and compilers of the prestigious edition are Alicia Maria Kuberska, Agnieszka Jazembowska and Izabela Zubko. The first two of them participated in the annual literary festival “Holy Word. May meetings of the Slavic artists”, which takes place in Burgas.
The anthology includes poems by authors from all over the world – Croatia, Poland, Israel, Taiwan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Greece, Australia, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Korea, India, Portugal, France, Ukraine.
In the prestigious edition, there is a very strong participation of Burgas authors from the Association of Burgas Writers’ Community, which is a confirmation of the talent and authority of our artists. Bina Kals, Georgi D. Georgiev, Diana Savateva, Elena Yaneva, Roza Maksimova, Rosen Drumev are presented with their poems in the international anthology. The design of the cover is the work of the artist Vili Koleva, and the poems of the included Burgas authors have been translated into Polish by the poet Nataliya Nedyalkova.
