Administrative Court Sofia-city started the case on the complaint of Vanya Grigorova, in her capacity as a candidate for mayor of the Municipality of Stolichna, together with “BSP for Bulgaria” against the decision of the Municipal Election Commission – Stolichna, which proclaimed Vasil Terziev as mayor.
As Club Z wrote, so far the ASSG once refused to honor the request of the candidate who reached the runoff and to stop the preliminary implementation – i.e. – could not thwart Terziev’s entry last Monday.
Today the court ordered the execution of complex forensic-technical and economic expertise and rejected the manual count request on ballots, but did not rule out this happening at a later stage.
The next meeting is scheduled for December 1 at 11:00 a.m., reports the press office of the ASSG.
