Donald Trump is in “excellent health” and “will continue to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle for many years,” according to a statement from the former US president’s doctor published yesterday, quoted by Reuters.

The 77-year-old Trump published the opinion on his profile on the social network “Truth Social” (Truth Social), on the birthday of the current US President Joe Biden. Biden turned 81 yesterday.

“President Trump has been losing weight through an improved diet and continued physical activity every day, while maintaining a strict schedule,” according to the doctor’s statement released by Trump.
The topic of Biden and Trump’s health has received increased media attention, given the fact that both have ambitions to run for next year’s US presidential election. Democrat Biden has already announced plans to run for president again, and Trump is currently leading the race for the Republican presidential nomination.
