The Sofia Administrative Court closed case 10156 against CSKA’s new stadium. This happened on November 20.

It is likely that the applicant N. V. V. or Nikolay Veselinov did not comply with the order of October 31, in which he was asked to prove a legal interest.

On October 27, “red” supporters stopped traffic on the nerve-racking “Orlov Most” in the capital. The reason for the protest is the stalled start of construction of a new stadium on the “Army” site due to a private complaint.

The club was in the final stages of starting real operations and planned to demolish the old facility at the end of the year.

Nikolay Veselinov Veselinov is known as a professional complainant, all of whom are against the decisions of the large municipality. Veselinov was in the team of the removed mayor from the DB Rosina Stanislavova. When she was removed due to a conflict of interest, he temporarily took over. After that, however, the municipality was taken over by architect Rumen Rusev and he again became a deputy.
