Dr. Nedelya Stonova for the first time publicly showed the woman who raised her and was by her side in the most difficult moments of her life. The mother of the charming neurologist sat in the audience and received the beautiful explanation of love from her famous daughter.
“My mother is the most beautiful in the world, the most holy, my meaning and support. I longed to have a child, but God did not give it to me. I suffered for a long time, 10 years. I heard: “Stonova is childless!” This is a word, which breaks you into a thousand pieces. But every day I hoped that the miracle would happen. My mother was by my side, she made me believe. And the miracle happened!” said the excited Sunday in the evening of love.
She dedicated the performance to her mother and embarked with her partner Nasko Mesechkov in a beautiful romantic “contemporary” dance. It is a combination of many styles and contains many elements and techniques from classical ballet, to which Dr. Stonova has devoted a lot of time from her childhood years until today. The retired teacher could barely cover her tear-stained eyes. After the end of the performance, the dignified lady, for her part, surprisingly asked for forgiveness from her daughter live in front of the whole of Bulgaria. The admission that little Nedelya was subjected to a spartan regime and punished in childhood came quite unexpectedly and caused an uproar in the audience and the jury.
Nedelya herself kept her composure and showed no anger over the mistakes of the past. “There is no problem, mother and everything is fine! I am grateful to you! You were by my side when it was the hardest,” Nedelya replied with a smile.
“Mother, thank you for everything you have done for me, for my brother, for father, for our family. You are the most wonderful mother and I have always wanted to be like you,” added Dr. Stonova.
