Administrative Court-Montana started the case against the refusal of the Municipal Electoral Commission in Wulchedrum to prematurely terminate the powers of the mayor of the municipality due to a conflict of interest

On Wednesday, the Administrative Court-Montana will have to rule on the case.

At today’s meeting, the chairman of the Municipal Election Commission in Valchedrum, Valeri Dimitrov, was heard.

Although he was appointed days ago and was not involved in making the decision on April 6, he confirmed it.

Then OIC Valchedrum refused to prematurely terminate the powers of Mayor Ivan Barzin, according to the decision of the Commission for Conflict of Interests, established for his previous mandate, on the grounds that “there is no information in the attached decision of KPCONPI whether the decision, as of that date, has entered into force “.

Subsequently, three appeals were filed against the decision in the Administrative Court-Montana.
