A meeting with law enforcement today will decide whether there will be away fans at Saturday’s derby.

Representatives of CSKA-Sofia and Levski will have an important meeting with the police, “Tema Sport” claims. It will be discussed whether visiting fans will be allowed in the eternal derby on Saturday. In this case, it will be supporters of the blues. The topic is topical, since just two weeks ago the national stadium once again turned into an arena for a firefight with flares between female agitators. A woman and a child were injured in it. In the days that followed, the owner of the Blues, Nasko Sirakov, was adamant that only the home crowd should be present at the derby. CSKA-Sofia, on the other hand, called such a decision an escape from responsibility and insisted on severe personal punishments for the hooligans.

On April 12, the two clubs together with the president of the BFS Georgi Ivanov held a meeting with the interior minister Kalin Stoyanov on the hot issue. Another conversation with law enforcement tomorrow will determine if there will be Levski fans on Saturday, which is much more likely to happen.
