Milkov went after Rashkov after the deputy abruptly left the committee for the Customs Agency
He did not answer a single question from his fellow MPs.
A chase begins between the two. Milkov asks him exactly those questions that Rashkov in every way refuses to answer. The deputy gets into an elevator, and the journalist chases him between the floors. At one point, Rashkov nervously pulls the elevator door open and starts yelling at Milkov.

Milkov tries to protect his colleague, thus he takes part of the fists of the former interior minister.

However, their clash took place before the start of the commission. A video posted online shows the journalist Nikolay Karakolev goes to the deputy from PP-DB to ask him about the parties with the smugglers, the tutus and the poodles.
Several times the PP-DB deputy says:
“I don’t want you to take my picture!”
But suddenly he hits Karakolev’s phone and the device falls to the ground. An angry Rashkov then asks, “What do you imagine you have limitless…” before threatening, “I’ll throw it out the window in a minute,” referring to the phone.
