Today, the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation (NCTC) is meeting in the Council of Ministers. The tripartite will consider changes to the Ordinance on unemployment benefits, the national employment action plan, as well as the election of rotating vice-presidents of the NSTS.

The change in the regulation is about the payment of unearned unemployment benefits by heirs of a deceased person. The requirement to submit a certificate for heirs is removed.


It is regulated with the changes

the possibility to submit an application for unemployment compensation electronically with a personal identification code (PIC) issued by the National Revenue Agency. Currently, this is only possible with a PIK from the National Social Security Institute.

The tripartite will consider

also the National Employment Action Plan in 2024 and the election of rotating vice-chairmen of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation.
