SafeNews recalls that The CEC has started accepting documents for registration of parties and coalitions to participate in the upcoming “two-in-one” elections on April 15. At 5:00 p.m., the deadline for submitting documents for the registration of parties and coalitions for the 2-in-1 elections on June 9 expires. On the last possible day, documents will be submitted by GERB and PP-DB.
So far, 16 parties and 8 coalitions have registered with the CEC.
Until April 27 The General Directorate “GRAO” will check the lists presented by the parties and coalitions.
From tomorrow CEC I will also accept documents for the registration of initiative committees for the promotion of independent candidates for MEPs.
On June 9, we will vote in more than 11,800 sections. The voters on preliminary lists in the elections for the national parliament are over 6 million and 600,000, and for the European Parliament a little more than 6 million and 150,000.
There will be sections for voting in 60 countries in 776 places. Traditionally, the most places are in Turkey, Great Britain, Germany, Spain and the USA.
