Ludogorets defeated Heber 4:0 in the first semi-final of the Sesame Cup of Bulgaria. Residents of Razgrad dominated the opponent and left no doubt about their superiority.
The goals for the convincing success were scored by Rick Jonathan, Dinish Almeida and Spas Delev, with the former scoring twice.
Thus, the rematch in Pazardzhik next week on Thursday of “Georgi Benkovski” will be protocol. Georgi Dermendzhiev’s footballers can quite easily direct their thoughts to the final on May 15, as by then they will in all probability have secured their 13th consecutive efbet League title.
Ludogorets entered the match as an absolute favorite and took the lead in the 4th minute. The home team attacked from the right. Heber’s defense did not deal well with Son’s cross. The ball ended up in Rick Jonathan, who beat Petar Deberliev with a nice ground kick.

At the very end of regular time, luck prevented Heber from getting a fifth goal. When crossing from a corner kick, Georgi Terziev was alone at the near post. The defender shoots with a header, but it hits the crossbar. Seconds later, Tekpetei was brought behind Heber’s defense and fired wide. The result 4:0 in favor of the people of Razgrad remained unchanged.
