Harvard students joined protests against Israeli actions in Gaza

--

Students from Harvard University have joined the protests that are taking place in many American educational institutions against the Israeli actions in the Gaza Strip. This was reported by NBC News yesterday, TASS reported.

Students protesting Israel’s operation in the Gaza Strip set up a tent camp on the campus. As noted by the TV channel, the protesters demanded that the university management “disclose all information about investments in Israel, which continues its genocide in the Gaza Strip.” All these funds should be used to support the Palestinians, the students say.

New York police earlier detained at least 100 Columbia University students who pitched tents on the campus lawn to protest Israel’s policies in the Gaza Strip. Activists also tried to disrupt former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s speech at Columbia University, calling her a war criminal.
