Mr. Petkov attacked Rosen Zhelyazkov for violating the rules under Article 48 para. 5 – Draft decision regarding the need to provide a new building for the Constitutional Court, Draft decision on amendments and additions to the activity of the National Assembly,” stressed Borisov.

Rosen Zhelyazkov received a standing ovation in the parliament of Ukraine.
