Treatment of lawns in Shumen against ticks starts from April 28, Sunday, and will start from the entrance and alleys of the Kiosks Park. Weather permitting, spraying is scheduled to take place between 10:00 p.m. on April 28 and 10:00 a.m. on April 29 and from 10:00 p.m. on April 29 to 10:00 a.m. on April 30.
De-saccharization of the lawns will be carried out with “AIKEN-10 KS” preparation. The areas of the “Shumensko Plateau” Nature Park around the Old Town, the shelters, the meadows near the “Founders of the Bulgarian State” Memorial Complex, from the paragliders’ site to the “Chupkata” restaurant and down to the main road will be treated sequentially. The steps to the monument will also be treated. Desaccharization in the city will continue in stages in the children’s facilities, social homes, central parts of the city and neighborhoods.
On April 29th in the interval from 22.00 hours to 6.00 hours on April 30th, the processing of chestnut trees against chestnut proboscis will begin. The preparation with which the trees will be treated is “KORAGEN -20 SK”.
The desaccharization will be carried out by the specialized company “D.D.D-1” OOD, which will place identification plates on the treated lawns. They will indicate the date of processing and the quarantine period, which is 24 hours.
