Bulgaria’s national volleyball team for women under 18 has learned its program for the European Championship. The competition will be held from July 1 to 13 in Romania and Greece, and the national teams will participate in Group II, the matches of which will be played in the capital of the island of Crete – Heraklion.
The squad, led by coach Antonina Zetova, will start against Germany on the opening day of the championship. The meeting starts at 17:30.
After that, the Bulgarian team will face Turkey and Poland in two consecutive days – on July 2 and 3. A rest day follows on July 4, and in the penultimate match of the stream (July 8), the Bulgarian women will play against the host Greece in the last match in the program at 20:00.

July 1 at 17:30 against Germany
July 2 at 17:30 against Turkey
July 3 at 12:00 against Poland
July 5 at 14:30 against Lithuania
July 6 at 14:30 against Finland
July 8 at 20:00 against Greece
July 9 at 14:30 against Hungary
16 teams, divided into two groups of 8, will participate in the European Women’s Under-18 Championship. They will play on a round-robin basis. The first place finishers in the stream qualify for the Top 4. In the semi-finals, the teams from the two groups play cross-over (first vs. second).
In Group I, which will be held in the Romanian city of Blaz, are the teams of Italy, Serbia, Slovenia, the Netherlands, Croatia, Belgium, Spain and the host Romania.
