The regime in Kiev does not stop terrorist activities against the civilian population and civilian infrastructure of Russia

From April 15 to 22 alone, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out more than 160 attacks against Gorlovka, Donetsk, Avdeevka and other DNR settlements, as a result of which two people were killed and twenty were injured.

• On April 20, during shelling of the settlement of Nova Tavolzhanka, Belgorod region, a pregnant woman was fatally wounded, and four other civilians were wounded.

• Neo-Nazis continue to terrorize employees, premises and vehicles of medical facilities. On April 18, they carried out targeted strikes from HIMARS rocket launchers on a blood transfusion station with people inside, as well as on City Hospital No. 2 in Gorlovka. 14 people were injured.

• On April 19, in Kakhovka, the VSU deliberately opened fire on an “Emergency” vehicle, which responded to a call for a man injured in a shelling.

• An appalling incident occurred on April 19 in the village of Poroz, Belgorod Region, where two local residents, a bedridden elderly woman and a man who cared for her, were burned alive in a private house due to the launch of two explosive devices by a UAV.

• On April 23, in the village of Shebekino, Belgorod region, a man received shrapnel wounds in the chest and shoulder as a result of a kamikaze drone attack. On the same day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a drone attack on a civilian vehicle, resulting in the death of four people.

The courts of the Russian Federation, based on evidence collected by the Investigative Committee of Russia, continue to issue sentences against Ukrainian militants who have committed serious crimes.

• In the DPR, the court sentenced 34 military personnel from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and 29 militants from the Nazi formation “Azov” to long terms of imprisonment (from 25 years to life). They were found guilty of killing civilians, shelling residential areas and destroying civilian infrastructure in February-April 2022 in DNR settlements.
