Kindergarten “Radost” in the village of Stefan Karadzha is celebrating its anniversary today

Kindergarten “Radost” in the village of Stefan Karadzha celebrated its 50th anniversary today. The festive program was prepared entirely by the graduates of the kindergarten. The main guests at the celebration will be their parents, representatives of the municipal administration, directors of children’s facilities in the municipality, as well as former teachers and support staff in the garden.

Currently, 24 children, united in a mixed group aged 2 to 7 years, are studying in the garden. They are looked after by a director, a teacher, an assistant educator who combines the duties of host and cook. Since the beginning of this year, all children have been studying folk dances in an extracurricular form of education. The classes are 2 times a week under the guidance of a choreographer.

“For 50 years, this place has witnessed the ringing laughter, the first excitements, the first rhymes and songs, the first friendships of hundreds of children. Raised with love and warmth, educated in honesty, justice, beauty and hope, today they are worthy citizens of their country.

I am delighted that last year the children and staff had the pleasure of entering the fully refurbished building. BGN 350,000 was allocated and invested from the budget of the Municipality of Dobrichka to create wonderful conditions that make the kindergarten one of the most attractive in the region.
