Christophe Galtier’s men were completely dominant throughout the match and missed several more excellent scoring opportunities.

The match started with dominance by PSG, and in the second Mbappe found himself alone against Duppe, but the home goalkeeper saved. The ball then went to Leo Messi, whose shot was parried by the Toulouse defence.

Shortly after, another shot by the Argentine maestro was saved by Dupe, and in the 19th he again had a chance to hit the opponent’s goal, but his shot went wide.

The Parisians’ pressure paid off in the 37th minute when they opened the scoring on their visit. Messi advanced with the ball and found Neymar in the box. The Brazilian controlled the ball and with a shot in the lower right corner beat the goalkeeper for 0:1. The situation was reviewed for an ambush by the VAR, but there was none.

In the 50th, the guests from the capital doubled their asset. Messi found Mbappe in the penalty area and the French striker fired hard to the ground to curl the ball into the net for a second time. Shortly after, Neymar’s shot went wide of the left post.

A quarter of an hour before the end, Kylian Mbappe was brought alone against the goalkeeper Duppe, but he was unable to register after the goalkeeper reflected his shot.
