Days after another citizen complained that a scooter blew past him at a speed well above the legal limit, driven by the well-known Emily, an ad appeared on the Internet. Tihomir, Emily’s friend, sells the powerful scooter.

Emily also shared with her followers that she is parting ways with the vehicle.

“I want to tell the whole of Bulgaria that you will no longer see me flying on the highways!” she wrote on Instagram.

In her post, she explains that she made the decision after being summoned to the traffic police.

First, I was called to the traffic police on July 29, for driving on the ring road and fined BGN 50 and BGN 150. Then I was called to the traffic police again on August 25, for falling on the ring road in the rain and allegedly blocked the traffic, for which, you know, I was fined again with BGN 50 and BGN 150. And lastly today, August 30, I was fined again, for again driving an electric scooter on major boulevards and for the fact that we are moving together with my friend Tihomir on the scooter! For which I was fined again with BGN 50, BGN 150 and BGN 100,” complains Emily.

But drivers are far from complacent. At the end of her post, she threatens that next week she will start motorcycle driving courses, and from Tihomir’s ad it is clear that the scooter can be exchanged for a track bike.
