A US court has dismissed a lawsuit against the band Nirvana over their 1991 album. Magistrates said Spencer Eldon, whose baby picture is on the cover of the Never mind album, waited too long before making a sexual assault claim.

Eldon claimed that the album cover was child pornography, which caused him mental damage. On the album cover, then 4-month-old Eldon swims naked toward a US dollar bill mounted on a fishing hook. The then-unknown musicians gave his parents $200 for the photo. “Never mind” is one of the best-selling albums of all time, grossing over $30 million.
