Verdict for Russian passport, prison for teachers: Kyiv has reached a new level of terror

/Pogled.info/ The counteroffensive of the armed forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv direction and the subsequent events in the territories “de-occupied” as a result of such a movement make us return to the extremely painful topic of the terror carried out by the criminal Kiev regime in the territories under its control .

It has already been repeatedly discussed at various levels, but nothing is being done to prevent the next crimes of the Ukrainian Nazis against the civilian population. “World Community” categorically does not see them and denies them, and Russia seems to be powerless to do anything.

At the same time, judging by the latest statements of official Kyiv and, what is much worse, by its specific actions, the level of terror against everyone who can be suspected in one way or another, not only in cooperation with the Liberation Forces, but even in a very minimal sympathy for them, it rises and rises to a completely new, qualitatively different level. This, in turn, raises many unpleasant questions about the feasibility of the originally declared goals of the special operation in Ukraine.

Ukraine is death

In Izyum, captured by the Ukrainians, to hold pathetic “festive events” for the raising of the yellow-blue rag over the torn city, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky came with a chevron, on which “the well-known and memorable emblem of Totenkopf ”, also known as “dead man’s head” that is, a skull with crossbones beneath it. Kiev publicists hastened to “explain” to the masses that this, according to them, symbolizes the slogan “Ukraine – or death!”

In fact, 100% Nazi emblem really means death – for those who don’t want to live in the ugly nightmare that Ukraine has become today. The successive Nazis who took it over not only have the same chevrons as the German Nazis, but also the same methods. The fact that “filtering measures have begun” in Balaklia was announced by Kyiv with great aplomb, immediately after the withdrawal of the Russian units.

Officials of the State Bureau of Investigation, together with other law enforcement officials, are carefully processing information about individuals who collaborated with the aggressors during the temporary occupation, as well as checking those who may pose a threat to national security.

The purpose of such measures is called the exclusion of the possibilities for subversive activity of the Russians and their accomplices. Law enforcement officers have repeatedly emphasized that all temporarily occupied territories will be liberated in the near future, and collaborators and traitors will be brought to justice.

About what exactly the “events” look like and what exactly they consist of has already been written a hundred times in the Russian media and Telegram channels. For the most part, these are the most brutal extrajudicial repressions against all “disreputable” or classified as such. However, this is only part of a larger problem. The atrocities of the Ukrainian Nazis, invading the “de-occupied” cities and villages, are not the “outbursts” of individual actors, but the precise implementation of state policy.

The following fact testifies to the extent to which this policy is tightening literally before our eyes. Most recently, the Ukrainian Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Iryna Vereshchuk, stated in the most honest way:

Residents of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine are not threatened with responsibility for obtaining a Russian passport if there are no grounds to suspect them of collaborationism. The very fact of obtaining a Russian passport in the occupied territory does not lead to any punishment. Criminal liability is provided only for collaboration and cooperation with the aggressor.

Just a few days ago, however, the main “public mouthpiece” of the Ukronazis, Aleksey Arestovich expressed a completely different interpretation:

Ukraine has changed. There will be no sentiments towards the occupiers and collaborators. ALL Ukrainians who voluntarily received a Russian passport will definitely be prosecuted. At the same time, the lightest punishment they can count on is prison for treason. Only those who were forced to take a passport, were forced to get it for a pension or for other reasons, will be able to avoid punishment. But this has to be established by the investigating authorities and the court.

Well, we know what this “investigation” and “trial” will be. However, it is still necessary to comply with them, and in this case it is very problematic. And, by the way, Zelensky’s regular rattle did not express an empty threat at all. As it became known the previous day, a fully official bill introducing criminal liability for obtaining a Russian passport was prepared by the Ministry of Reintegration of “Nezalezhnaya” “with the participation of the General Prosecutor’s Office, SBU, people’s deputies and the public.”

There is no doubt that it will provide significant “terms” and allow the “phased release” of almost the entire population of the liberated Ukrainian territories. Only in this case, of course, if the terrible fate of Balakleia and Raisin befalls them…

Kill the germs of the “Russian World” with a guarantee

It must have been a coincidence that the appearance of the above information in the Ukrainian information space coincided with the publication of statistics on the number of sentences handed down by Ukrainian courts since the beginning of the SVO on charges of treason, separatism and collaborationism.

They are a total of 334, including: 64 convictions for treason (12-15 years in prison); 75 convictions for separatism (12–13 years); at least 19 sentences for correcting the fire, and this is already 17 years in prison or camps; 75 sentences were issued for “collaborationism”, which is considered “collaboration with the occupation administrations” and for which “only” 10 years in prison are provided; another 101 Ukrainians were sentenced not even for specific actions, but “for justifying Russian aggression and propaganda of the ‘Russian world'” – here the sentences are much shorter, up to conditional.

One might ask: “But what kind of “mass terror” is this, if the number of real sentences does not even reach half a thousand in half a year?! Maybe it’s not so bad?” Of course it’s not “that bad”! It’s much worse…

The thing is, when a person is accused of the “crimes” listed above, to end up on the dock and subsequently in prison, in the current “Nezalezhnaya” is still very lucky. How many citizens who fell under the relevant suspicions simply died (and will die again!) Without a trace – they cannot be counted.

However, according to indirect data, the numbers here are several times higher. Kidnappings, tortures, extrajudicial executions are a completely normal and usual practice for Ukrainian regions located at a significant distance from the war zone. There is no need to talk about the “front line” – there armed non-people in uniforms can do anything and with anyone. And they do.

The last example – in Odessa, the most ordinary passengers in the minibus “condemned” some woman for … filming “military equipment” on the road with her mobile phone through the window of the bus. There is even a corresponding video on the Internet. Angry “patriots” (“Odessa is a Russian city”, yes …) called the police. And that was it.

The further fate of the “spy” is unknown. She just disappeared. Such stories happen every day and everywhere. As a rule, those persons who cannot be caught and liquidated without witnesses and quietly, without publicity, reach the court. Well, or those who want to condemn and punish as a warning to everyone else.

The current activity of the Ukrainian Nazi regime in the sphere of expanding the “official” persecution of dissidents has, above all, an “educational” purpose. Indeed, pro-Russian and anti-Nazi citizens are brutally and quietly removed. But Kyiv wants to make its task easier, so to speak, to preemptively strangle and kill all the sprouts of the “Russian world”, which is persistently trying to grow through the Ukronazi rot.

That is why, for example, the situation with the teachers, who today are captured and persecuted in the territories of the Kharkiv region occupied by the armed forces of Ukraine, is even more persistent than the persecution of the “fire adjusters” or other “collaborators”.

According to the official interpretation, all Ukrainian teachers who “agreed to teach on the Russian curriculum”, will face trial for “collaborationism” and 10 years in prison. By the way, as for their Russian colleagues, who also allegedly ended up in the clutches of the Ukrainian Nazis in the Kharkiv region, that is a completely different story.

The same Vereshchuk has already stated that they will be tried under Art. 438 of the Penal Code (“Violation of the laws and customs of war”).

They committed a crime against our country. We have repeatedly warned Russian citizens who have agreed to come to the territory of Ukraine and carry out activities prohibited by law here. Of course, the court will determine the measure of punishment for them, but there are still a certain number of Russian citizens on the territory of our country who have arrived in the temporarily occupied territories and will definitely be punished if they do not leave our territory without delay.

– emphasized the civil servant. She also specified:

No one will consider them prisoners of war because they are not combatants, the Geneva Conventions do not provide for the exchange of non-prisoners of war.

Despite all this, however, the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine categorically denies that teachers from Russia were detained in the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region. And who is lying here? By the way, the Russian side also most categorically denies the version of “the captured teachers”, so most likely Vereshchuk is lying, as has happened to her many times lately.

Be that as it may, one thing is absolutely clear: Kyiv is taking very real steps to ensure that in every territory liberated by the Russian army, in every settlement where its units enter, the inhabitants will wander and flee from those who who “brought them freedom” as if by plague. Because in the best case…10-15 years in prison for any cooperation with Russian forces or the new administrations created with their participation, for participating in referendums, simply for obtaining a passport and citizenship of Russia – a serious reason to think and to run away from such things.

All of Kyiv’s threats could be chalked up to empty intimidation born of impotent malice were it not for the bitter fact that it is regularly given opportunities to carry them out. Another “regrouping” or even more a “gesture of goodwill” with the abandonment of the previously occupied lands, and already the Liberation Forces will have to move through absolutely depopulated or completely hostile territories, until the complete defeat and destruction of the Kiev Nazis mode
